Pre Laser Care

NO antibotics, NO sun exposure including, sun beds and spray tans, No waxing and tweezing 2 weeks pre laser treatment. All areas being treated MUST be shaved the morning of appointment.


Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us  of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertansion, injuries, allergies, sun exposure, disabilities or illnesses. Talking with your technician will help customize your service to ensure your maximum saftey and benefit.  


We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the spa. Same areas from our membership laser packeges can not  be treated more than once every 6 weeks.


Clients between 15 and 18 years old must present written permission from their parents or guardian prior to their first spa service. Clients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all time.


Tax and gratuities are not included in your total amount. It is common practice to tip 15-20% of the original service price. PLease feel free to extend a gatuity as a result of your spa experience, they are greatly appreciated. Gratuities are accepted in a form of cash only.


We request that you arrive 15 min prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking service at our salon, your appointment is scheduled with a technician whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment.  If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:

1. You may opt to shorten your treatment

2. You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a cancellation charge will be incurred.

  Cancellation policy

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will get text or a call from us 1 day prior to your appointment date to confirm. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so or “NO SHOW” will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount or a loss of one of the sessions from your package or loss of the voucher. Not confirmed appointments will be considered as canceled.

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order or request, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, promotions, related product or service information, etc.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.


ANY appointment booked on-line is to be Pre-PAID via Paypal.
